£5,000 to Amaze

Amaze works directly with young people with SEND and their parent carers, helping them to navigate and access health, education and social care services in order to achieve the best outcome for each young person and their family. In 2017, Amaze set up Amazing Futures, a service to help young people with SEND (aged 14-25) prepare for their transition to adulthood. This now includes a range of social activities and youth clubs, mental health coaching, a peer support programme, career support and internships. In the last 5 years, more than 800 young people have accessed one or more of Amaze’s services
